Twin Cities Live: Sarah Barts Shares Nutrition Tips

Eating well during cancer treatment can be challenging, especially when fatigue, low appetite or taste changes make preparing meals more difficult. In a recent Twin Cities Live segment, Minnesota Oncology dietitian Sarah Barts shared simple ways to make nutritious meals easier. 

During the segment, Sarah also highlighted food safety considerations and how convenient ingredients can make healthy meals easier when patients are experiencing fatigue or other treatment-related challenges.
